And when either one of my teammates or an enemy “player” was eliminated, their agent “pfp” didn’t always go away which made it difficult to see who was still left in the game, this is the first time something like this has happend
Also the score started as 6-6 when I first loaded in, but when the first pistol round started it went back to 0-0
did this only happen to you?

if that was the only time that happened, you shouldnt worry
but if it keeps going on you can try repairing the game through launcher, redownloading, or sending a ticket to support
