Hey! The Staff on this server don't work for Riot and so aren't able to help with in-game issues like this - please avoid pinging staff where possible!
Since I'm here, I'd recommend:
- Checking if TPM is enabled on your PC
- Running VALORANT in Compatibility Mode
- Checking everything is updated (drivers, etc)
