console comp issues? (ps5)

(i’ve tried checking the official support and i can’t seem to find any specific articles relating to my issues) first major problem is the game seems to lag(?) in between rounds as seen in the attached clip. second issue is everyone including myself seems to be muted with no way of unmuting.
