Bluetooth 5.4 USB dongle does not work

Bluetooth 5.4 USB adapter with Realtek hardware does not work on Bazzite (also doesn't work on Fedora Live). Any tips on what to do? I tried looking for a driver but couldn't find anything

custom image, and since youre going for a kernel that fedora doesnt even have then you need to build that kernel too, its a PITA.
