Couldn’t switch to requested monitor resolution

I am having an issue after installing and updating Bazzite which game mode anytime I boot a game I get the following issue present in the attached photo. All games work on desktop mode fine but not game mode and I am using RX570 with a Ryzen 5 3600. I tried changing protons, setting resolutions, and reinstalled bazzite a couple times but issue persists any suggestions or advice?

Was an issue with polaris gpus, been fixed earlier today and i have been testing games all day, will be fun to see my steam year in review this year and see how many games i "played" this year just because of today :clueless: error usually was similar to what you got or just a straight up crash to "desktop"

I'm not incredibly familiar with bazzite as a whole so how do I go about installing this? It's not with the system update app on desktop mode right?

yeah also its an easy thing to mess up in bash so yes it was them adding the gamescope bin var looked at the commit and was like "uhh this doesnt look right" 😄 @Kyle Gospo PRed a fix to you then we upstream it to chimera

np, the timeline of this is kinda funny since we did fix a different issue, then minutes after we fixed it upstream broke check for the fix by accident. its one of those moments we can look back and laugh at in the future 😄
