Riot client just gives me a black screen

I had earlier uninstalled valorant, now when i reinstalled it and was opening riot client after the initial setup it opened up normally but many textures werent loaded and the fonts were diffrent After entering login details and clicking login it said that there is some problem connecting to the server and we cant login now when i open riot client it just gives me a black screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and clearing the appdata/local/riot client folder but nothing seemed to work
