yes. which processor and graphics card do you have.
Same prob but i downgrade to win10 and it works
just swtich to win10 if you want.
yes i know how to get tpm 2.0
go to your bios settings then to software then to amd if you have it or whateer else and switch to auto then tpm 2.0 then scan format and clear youll be good to go windos 10,11 and windows 7
