Bank support replied that the problem is on the riot side (they don't even receive a request to debit the funds)

~~if your bank isn't receiving the request, its very likely that you entered the wrong information. Double check the CVV on the card and retry it (best guess so if it doesnt work mb lol)~~ Actually reading into the community help more, it appears this is a recurring issue with multiple people. I'd give it a few days before retrying
