SSL handshake failed 525 (Using CNAME to retrieve content from a published website?)
Hey guys i have a question. I have a website hosted on Vercel:
peoplematic.io. This website has subdomains: subdomain.peoplematic.io is one of them. Each subdomain is branded.
Now, i have my domain on cloudflare: mydomain.com, is there a way to easily point clients.mydomain.com to subdomain.peoplematic.io and to work smoothly? subdomain.peoplematic.io requires authentication to navigate, we are using cookies to store the token. How one would go to achieve something like this?1 Reply

clients.mydomain.com / doesn't have a certificate for it. Not sure I understand the rest of that though, about cookies/navigation, that's going to depend on how your auth works/redirects back. subdomain.peoplematic.io is unproxied, so the rest of the behavior just depends on how Vercel handles extra subdomains/if they support it. Looks like it's merely just redirecting though.
Cloudflare has a product for adding customer domains dynamically called CF for SaaS but it still depends on your origin (Vercel) handling it right
