My host is A2Hosting and also tried turning the cloudflare off and clearing the cache, it also didnt helped, when i turn it on, i still get the error 522.
But when i leave it turned off, my website is works like a charm...
check if you are being served a cached status
how do i do that ? i mean my website is not cached by the cloudflare or my host at the moment. What do you have in mind ?
you said that the error goes away if you turn off cloudflare?
right
so either your server is not responding to cloudflare, or you are being served a cached 522 error
for example check your network tab for the response and see if it's being loaded from your local cache
also, what encryption mode are you using?
sorry im not following, im new on this stuff š
encryption mode on cloudflare ?
Full
does your origin server listen on port 443?
how do i check that ?
your server is running linux i assume?
yes
sudo netstat -tulpn | grep LISTEN
run this in your consolein the 4th column at the 4th row you can see i have a service listening at port 443
If you know where i can find console on cpanle that would be great, if not im wont be able to answer you that

well i tried to search if a2hosting gives ssh credentials but i havent found anything
well i'm not quite sure how you are running and configuring your server since i haven't used a2hosting
well its kinda automated, didn't had to do much, i will try to reach out for a2hosting support if my server listen on port 443 and comeback with the answers
if you disable cloudflare and connect to your website, is your connection still over https?
yes
would you mind sharing the url of your site?
well, now i'm confused š
might be best to ask your provider about this
what the problem ?
it seems like your server is not responding on port 443
set cloudflare's encryption mode to
flexible
and re enable it
that should be a temporary workaroundokay i will try, thanks
let me know if it works
i reached out for a2hosting support, they are already checking on this
did you try flexible encryption in the meantime?
yeah but nothing happened yet
i'm checking your domain and it's still resolving to your origins ip
it should be on now, well i hope i took affect
so the cloudflare took effect and my website is broken again @Idle
i noticed
xD
