Seeking Community Advice
Would anyone happen to know a riot staff (eu) personally? Recently I got the red screen of death for apparently "third party software" but my cousin and I were shocked as I've never actually turned on cheats in valorant, never hope to do so due to spending over 200 euros on the account. My medal clips can prove it.
What happened and what probably caused it (I think)
This happened after warming up with my cousin (we were playing some unrated games i was on another account boosting the level to 20) then he suggested we play competitive and I agreed and we were winning 10-2 which is when I got the ban. Take note that enemy team never once were suspicious of me and neither called me out despite being ranks like plat and diamond (they would know I was cheating). I'm not sure entirely why I got banned but I do have third party softwares open like MSI afterburner, val tracker, valoplant and medal and some macro clicker which some people say it can sometimes be flagged.
What I have done so far
- Contacted riot support (They will give the same 3/4 days response and wont respond if they wont remove my ban)
- Tried logging into another account. There was no hardware banned to my surprise, its just my main account that got banned. Which is unusual if there's cheats detected.
Seeking Help
- It's not some alt account that I would use and not care about it, its my main account with over 200 euros spent and 0 times banned for cheating or something like that. I would really love some advice from the community and if I can speak to a riot staff directly (i'll be very cooperative)

Account sharing is against tos
It's my cousin ( the email is literally registered under my other email )
but thats not exactly the reason I got banned
I know but if you tell support that story, they are less likely to help
you mean they wont help at all
and what I really need is a riot staff to tell me directly why I got banned and whats the evidence

The least they can do is provide evidence for my ban?
They don't have to if they think you should get banned
they think is not a valid reason to ban someone
someone spends a huge amount of money on your game and you wouldnt even consider providing evidence
