my ex bf got my acc perma banned i need help.
Okay so basically he was rlly toxic to me an acted like he didnt care abt the relationship so i worked up the courage to break up w him, (after he cheated on me an got hardwarebanned for cheating in valorant) after it all happened i tried to change my password on val but it wasnt sending a verification code and i had to leave that day to go on vacation so i thought it should be fine for me to dip. Today however, my friend sends me a pic of my acc. my acc has been perma suspended and i havent even done anything wrong, my ex has logged into my acc and has gotten it banned and i couldnt even do anything about it. If anyone knows a riot dev or can just help me in general i would really appreciate it. Ive spent sm money on this game an for the last 2years i have done nothing but grind my acc to my goal rank.

its very unlikely you will get it back, since account sharing is against TOS
try opening a ticket and say you got hacked
you will need to prove the ownership of the account

Yeah i never let him on it i dont share my acc but he knew my details bc he sometimes logged into riot mobile an stalked ehat i was saying w my friends
That will be easy i have pics + videos from when i was iron an silver an its also in my email
funny enough I got banned for something i never did
