VRR/Adaptive Sync issues with an AMD^2 laptop

So, I have the laptop pictured running KDE Desktop Bazzite with only the dedicated GPU active and all the rest intact (yes, including the paltry 8GB of RAM) and no matter if it's enabled or only for those select apps that need it, there's always artifacts that prevent it to be wall-to-wall perfect. Is that an upstream issue from either Fedora or KDE, an AMD problem or even a Wayland issue (since, well, it's Wayland or nothing since Fedora 40)
