To ur startup script
Charset something

It's not on "other plugins"
If ur server isn't configured for the right charset it won't work at all
There was a flag to enable it but I forgot

Dfile.encoding=UTF8
Put this in ur startup script
java -server -Dfile.encoding=UTF8 -Xmx2048M -jar Craftbukkit.jar
As an example

hey we have a pterodactyl panel i contacted the panel owner and he said that cant modify

panel owner can modify them, very easy, especially with pterodactyl

its possible all u do is add
-Dfile.encoding=UTF8 to the startup command.
Have him check the settings tab, not sure why ur missing the startup flags box on ur panel
Also ur using spigot 1.8.8... wtf is wrong with you lmaowhat else should i use as version
