game lag but only on main menu and agent select
i dont know why but my main menu can get laggy sometimes and while agent select it gets laggy where when i pick an agent the agent wont pop up on screen and do their intro and it takes forever to load in (sometimes a whole round) but when in game i barely ever lag. if anyone is going through the same thing and if there is a solution please help

should i redownload riot and valorant?
I had this problem and I believe my issue was having the game installed on 2 seperate drives.
