i havent played in aroud 3 years and im banned for "third party software"

umm sooo i can t even remember when i last played the game but today i wanted to play with some friends and i get this,im not even sure what third party softwawre means,i never used hacks if that is what it means
the only thing i can think of is maybe being toxic in the chat
but never used hacks or stuff like that

As horrible as it sounds, support are the only ones who can explain why you got banned or get you unbanned.
