Valorant not launching? Any Solutions

i have opened riot client, it doesnt decide to open and it just appears as a overlay for my pc with the title of 'Riot Games', so i have restarted my pc couple times, shut down pc a couple times and i have gone on task manager deleting the riot client, nothing appearing, running as administrator on both riot client and valorant game, it shows up as nothing and on task manager riot client is on 0% of my cpu. any solutions?
