Permanent Suspension

Hello! I have received this permanent suspension out of nowhere after not playing my account for a few hours. It says that I used third party programs or softwares even though I haven't used any or didn't know how to use them for almost two years of playing. I hope this ban will be lifted because of how much I really love my account. Thank you! #community-help
