horizontal scrollbar above the scrolling element ?

Hi guys, Is there a way to have the horizontal scrollbar above the scrolling element ?

with hacky solutions, it is possible, but why would you do something like that?

easiest (i think) is to flip the scrolling element (scale-y: -1) and the content too . But indeed question yourself if it is nessessary, because it's not really something people are used too

the costumer is also the dumb emperor who's naked outside but seriously, just out of curiosity, what's the end goal with this?

I have a large table that scrolls horizontally. In the header, I have events (location + date), and underneath a list of names that often make the scrollbar being outside of the screen. My customer wants to scroll horizontally using the scrollbar thumb, and some other requirements that lead me to try having the scrollbar above the table.

that's an horrible idea you know what you can do? you can have a <tfoot> that's position: sticky; bottom: 0; that solves the issue, the bar is always visible at the bottom and you don't have to do this weird flippy thingy
