my game hasnt been loading me into matches and freezes when i load into a game or after i pick agent
it started a week ago and it freezes when i Q into a match so i cant pick my agent so it causes me to get a dodge ban or it freezes when everyone picks an agent and doesnt load me in until after the 1st round

This is an issue with files loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it.
Use
windows key + r than type "dfrgui" to check what type of drive you have.
