Nah u can leave it at 15.5
U can either use dopamine or palera1n
When dopamine jailbroken devices reboot you can just open the dopamine app and re jailbreak
Palera1n you need to reconnect to ur pc to re jailbreak
Pal slightly more stable but I recommend dopamine
Once u have dopamine you can follow the instructions on ipogo website to download the tweak after updating sileo (the package manager for dopamine)
