DELAYED IN OPENING GAME

Hey! I'm using a pc with the following specs but still whenever I open the valorant it takes over more than 10 minutes to open which kinda sucks when you ets disconnected due to Valorant Error of Client Restart during comp match, please help me fix this problem it is getting me nothing more than penalities!
