We deleted the repository with website deployed on pages.
Our website deployed on pages was lost from github. Is possible to retrieve it from pages.dev?

Depending on what your website is made with, pages.dev would only have the built code which you can't really throw into GitHub. Do you still have a copy of the project locally?
Depending on how long ago you've last edited it your editor may have a copy as well, VS Code calls it Local History.
Nope, I do not have any copy.
Was deployed 3 years ago.
and last year, if I know correctly, github repo was deleted.
