i cant solve this i get complex roots or 0 for x1 and x2 but the answer is not 0

This will be added to their stats.my attempt - sorry for the clumsiness and low quality - what i basically did was try to solve the inequality for f(x) and then try to put it in the limit to get a value for x1 and x2. this is from a fiitjee test and it has solution too but the solution is really confusing and irritating, i can send if u want, they went with an entirely different approach
