Write (2-2r) as (r+2-3r), the rest will become very easy. Here's the next few steps: Telescope this to $\frac{3^{r}}{r(r+1)}-\frac{3^{r+1}}{(r+2)(r+1)}$, then the sum simply becomes $\frac{9}{3*2}-\frac{3^{101}}{101 \cdot 102}$. Wait...does latex not work if you spoiler it?
