Minimum Permissions for SSL/TLS » Custom Hostnames
I want to give a member of my account access to a given domain » SSL/TLS » Custom Hostnames. What is the minimum permissions I should select? Is it really necessary to make them a "Domain Administrator"?

I don't believe there's anything more specific sadly -- you can see the full list right there. For API Tokens it requires the SSL Permission
