I think the biggest thing is the military connotation of pouch based tac rigs
that I think you need to know going into buying one
not saying you cant, but its an important note

most of us come from an american context so you will have to know your own context in the UK for wearing tac rigs

Imo the jacket is too classic to pull off a chest rig, you’d be better off with a super simple black hardshell jacket
like this is a very different vibe than what u have going on

In all honesty I’m just trying to find my style/ flow like reinvent my style

We’ve all been there, It takes time and lots of experimentation
nothing cringy about wanting to find a style and express yourself
If you havent already maybe start an inspo folder or pinterest account to collect stuff you like
I have a Pinterest account that I’ve been using
if you make a folder, you can go to #styling-suggestions and ask for a critique of it
preferably also with some outfits of your own
My personal recommendation is not to go too far into a military look for streetwear
I’m trying not to go into war core bc it’s not practical but then again some outfits I’ve seen do work
I got some suits but that’s also not practical
I cannot emphasize enough how much you should stay away from warcore or warcore adjacent styles
in general modern military outfits/styles don't really work as clothes worn out in the world
