So I got locked out of my account because of this, how can I appeal for this ?

Try starting the game, you'll get a new error (after restarting) you obviously did something that didn't comply with the guidelines and rules of Valorant, hence the reason u were punished and therefore the penalty was placed on your account.

Thats true, it said I violated section 7, and when I checked its about being toxic, and I dont know how to appeal for that 😓
U can't, u have to wait it out
you were toxic, so face the consequences, learn from this moment and next time just enjoy the game, it's okay if something doesn't go your way, u should have fun, just improve from now ☺️, good luck!
