Answer key mein D de rakha hai, but vo toh 10.2 ev for 2nd to 1st transition of H atom but that's not the second lowest energy photon

lowest will be 5-4 (when we use hydrogen, right?)
second lowest will be 4-3
THAT will excite Li2+ from where to where, use the z value here
