when i disabled it says "disabled secureboot" and i cant launch

i disable it and it js says the same problem but backswards "cant play bcs secure boot disabled"
Are you a noob at pc's or do you have experience in pc's

but ive tried disabling and enabling secure boot
it js says the same thing
enable secure boot from the bios
and save changes

if u cant do that
then go to micro center or best buy

it should not be on standard uefi or something called it should be
