Game Taking 10+ minutes to load in and then punishes me for being AFK?
I was loading into my first comp game of the day on console when it started to take strangely long to load in. I decided to restart my game and it still took quite a long time till I load in and when I got in the game was already 5-2 and I got punished for being AFK when I had no control over this situation. I have been banned from competitive play for an entire week. Can I contact riot via email or something along those lines, or do I just have to grit my teeth and deal with this unfair punishment??

thats happening to me right now on xbox i cant load into val at all and i know its not my wifi
ive restarted valorant and xbox multiple times so idk what the issue is
if they afk ban you I recommend contacting Riot Support
i havent been banned im literally just not able to load into valorant

i tried to get into valorant on another account and i was able to
but i try again on my main one and i cant
i legit just made a post here about this
i also cant even get into the game
just stuck in loading screen
@AntGrowth @ItzAden you have to remove valorant from quick resume
then try to get in
and it should work
i completely forgot how to do that

and it shows your games on quick resume
is this only on xbox
