Reporting a security issue without HackerOne
Is there a way to report a security issue without HackerOne's involvement?
I tried H1, but the current H1 triager is plain and clear not cooperating but the issue does need addressing.

There is none that I am aware of. H1 is the only way
If both CF and H1's support are unable to help, then I guess public disclosure will become the only option.
I mean I would push through with H1
