Latency in the millions of milliseconds

I updated valorant having not played since ep5 but when I join the range or custom my game says I have a CPU latency too high to be true and if I join a game no matter what it is, once everyone chooses a agent it freezes on screen for me and I cant seem to do anything and it take around 10 mins for me to be able to join that's if I join and once I'm in I get kicked then I got a afk ban from comp and I keep getting restricted from playing. this never happened to me before so I'm confused
