Help recovering domain/DNS
We are currently helping a company reclaim their domain/DNS. They no longer have access to the original account and have been informed by support that access cannot be granted. What steps must the executive director take to prove ownership and regain access to the domain for reclamation or transfer? Any guidance on the correct procedures would be greatly appreciated. We have already attempted to contact support by submitting a ticket, but it gets auto-closed by the Cloudflare bot each time. Thank you.

These links may help, but they only work when logged out. You can always use an Incognito Window or a Private Window to ensure you're logged out.

We don't have info of the previous account.
There is a new executive director and the previous one is unable to assist.
Entering the domain into the last link shows no results.
Only DNS should be on cloudflare
The registrar is on NameCheap
We have access to NameCheap. In NameCheap, it says the DNS nameservers are Cloudflare.
We have no access to cloudflare.
Bump
There has to be a process where we can prove ownership of the domain where we have it registered at the registrar.
