Got false banned but couldn't contact Riot though ticket support system.

My account was hacked and played on earlier and got banned a few days after. I tried to contact Riot though the ticket system but the reply only told me to contact Tencent as I am writing from Mainland China, but I am not actually in Mainland China. I am in Hong Kong and I play in the same servers as other Asia-Pacific players. I do not play in Mainland China servers. I will attach a screenshot of my ticket and hopefully I can have another way to contact a Riot worker directly.
