Are you on Windows 11?
This is a new restriction placed on accounts that are suspicious or where most likely cheating (if you were i'd stop now you'll get banned)
Enable TPM 2.0/Secure Boot (In bios) and Core Isolation

@rivers Go into bios and enable Trusted Platform Module aka TPM
And Install/Enable Secure Boot and you'll be fine
On windows press windows key and type Core Isolation and enable everything in there
Just means the account you are using is suspicious or was flagged for cheating :shrug_weeb:
Fyi every account you login to now will get this restriction
