@Harshit
2 x pi x r = n * lambda, so i was guessing that number of waves would be n here
hence i said "for one revolution"
he said specifically for bohrs electron so i said orbit, and wrt to bohr orbits questions come na?
or is this another elaborate lie n avasthi fed me 💀

In de Broglie's explanation for Bohr's quantization condition, why do we not use $2\pi r = n\lambda/2$, why do we use $2\pi r = n\lambda$?
We know that in waves on strings, for standing waves crea...
questions i dont think they come but yea this is what de broglie suggested, theory sahi hai (that was the doubt i had xD)
my chem teacher made us write
" if an electron revolves in that circurlar orbit in which its circumference is an integral multiple of its de broglie wavelength then 2pir= n*wavelength where n=no of waves"
i dont understand this
isika upar likha hai :) that phys stack exchange thingy
i didnt quite get that
perhaps revisit it after yo uhave done waves in physics? do you have an idea about interference - constructive and destructive?
(the answer is related to that idea)
naa
early 11th graders we are (we have no idea 💀 )
the question details out the book
yea man it is stupid to have atomic structure early on
bad syllabus design :S
every good book does this towards the end of 11th :(
their sole purpose to teach atomic before is doing electronic configuration to understand chs like periodic
instead of whole atomic they should just teach configurations
Check the order of stuff in zumdahl. Thermo eq gases can all be done without it :) even solid state and liquids
Oh right
Indian education system at its finest 🤡
