van restriction
I have a problem with my account, when I want to play with my main I get that error code "VAN RESTRICTION", but when I use another account (a secondary one) I can log in normally, that error only happens when accessing my account, I need a solution

I did that thing about entering the bios and everything, but I get that error in my main account, only in that account, so the problem is the account, because if the problem was that error, technically it should not allow me to play on another account. What's more, when I try to use my main account on other computers it doesn't let me, I get the same error.
