My game is loading and not loading

I have been experiencing this since some updates ago, i keep having my screen freeze when i am in agent select and i have to wait for about 1 round to enter the game or rarely it happens that it freezez the whole game and get an afk penalty. Currently i'm banned for 1 month and that's ok but i don't understand why it freezez. I checked my components from my laptop and they seem to be just fine and other games i play also work (also league) but when i wanna play with my friend and have fun i have to face the freeze screen in agent select when the match should load into loading screen but it's just stuck there and it's annoying that i keep getting those issues knowing that it's not my componests fault ,plus i dont know how to fix it . i tried every step i got from y'all email but it seems to not work for me and also tried diffrente things
