Strange FPS spikes

This happens at every graphics setting. It peaks at 60 because thats what I have my graphics limited to, but even without it being limited it stil goes to 40 sometimes. This happens when I look at certain parts of the map, or when I turn fast. Im on an Intel Core Ultra 5 125u, with an Intel Arc iGPU, and Windows 11.
