during agent selection screen my game freezed and then got to the screen when u see the enemies etc and just crashed?

i got back into the game but
it kicked me out again
like the match

idk why it crashed
its not my fault i afk
my internet is good
there was barely anything in the background
good i got only 10 mins of the cooldown but still
it happens randomly for no readon
like i didnt alt tab at that moment
