Your server had a spike on startup due to Geyser populating it's item registry.
Literally, aside from that, there's no lag whatsoever.
We don't support piracy here. There's no lag in the profiler.

That's not guaranteed to be the cause, more likely caused by GC, but realistically the only time the server lagged was during startup, so it doesn't matter.
Player(s) have crap latency to the server
