Heavily modded 1.12.2 Idle server skipping ticks
I have a 1.12.2 server. It's running on Windows 11 with OpenJDK java, 12GB allocated RAM and a Ryzen 5 4500.
Every 45s or so freezes for 2s., and the console spams the "Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?" message. I'm using spark, aikar flags and a couple of performance tools, but can't figure what is causing the issue. I'm guessing GC but i'm not sure.
Here is the spark link, for those interested:

Thanks in advance.

Are you running on a HDD or SSD - nevermind
ssd
Try use Aikar flags
https://flags.sh/ - put in your server jarfile name, and the memory you want to allocate, and remove the AlwaysPreTouch flag
You’ll have to remove the add modules incubator flag too
On it
