Hello, how confident are you about ionic equilibrium, the starting part where they tell you what is an acid and what is a base, conjugate acid, conjugate base. If you are confident about this, you will be able to figure this out.

Hmm i see now Acetic acid itself is weak so it's conjugate base will be strong, means reactive or unstable, so not a good leaving group right? @iTeachChem

Okk i get it now Thanks I didn't consider the relative strength part, i thought it just became really strong or weak

yea always look at pka values that is the 'really strong' part, gives it a number
