Hello, my account has been banned for a while for third party software usage
My account had been stolen a year ago and I recovered it back and I see I have a perma ban on it for third party software usage. Can someone help me with this issue/unban my account. Please help there is alot of money on that account

i made a ticket and they said they would get back to me in 3-4 days but they never did
so I joined this server to see if someone can help
my Hardware is not banned since the account was stolen from me when they used the cheats/banned the account for third party.

Ive been trying to get the account back for almost 2 years now
I provide everything the date and hour of acc created, how much money was spent, what I spent it on, all of the mails that this acc was connected to, date of birth on the acc, all the purchase info, everything
They just send me this message always
And I though I would come here and an admin would help me, but rn its looking like the acc is gonna stay banned
Its either they send this message or they dont even respond

Just for information there was a recent Vanguard update that patched and ban-waved TONS of cheats 🙂
