help lol!!

i play on ps5 so i’m on the valorant console beta, I got a 7 day “afk” penalty for leaving too many games but it’s been well over 7 days since then but my penalty screen still shows and it doesn’t even allow me to load into the shooting range, i always get a “connection error” but all my other games are completely fine and i never had this issue before my penalty. is there something i can do to fix this or will i have to reach out to riot’s support team??
