jean waist too big
i got some goated oversized jeans and they fit so well but the waist is so much bigger (8 inches too big), with a belt, the waist scrunches up and the front of the jeans droop down a bit. is there a fix without having to do any sewing or damaging the clothes?

Nope. 8 inches is way more than you take in at an alterations.
