Permanent ban without reason

this happened to me, the only programs i had running were

medal
Logitech G hub
Steam
malware bytes
google & spotify & discord
medal & some other random stuff that windows / Nvidia has installed
and mumu player ( for roblox )

but this also happened to a friend of mine and he whipped his whole pc to go back to WIndows 10, and he told me when trying to play val he had logitech g hub open, so idk if you had that open

I only have Valorant Tracker and the Raw Accel mouse accelerator. I do not use any other programs except Razer's mouse program.

i have already sent some tickets but they always say:

i have been banned before for this exact same reason even though i never cheated, at the time i had G Hub on my PC, since everyone who got banned used that, i feel like it’s the logitech’s app problem… which is very dumb
