Help w/ Construction
Hi! Can anyone help me? I have three questions:
1 How can I use the editing group and selection tool to choose specific items from the group, like shown in the picture?
2 I've watched many videos on constructions, and most of them use a circle to create large geometric constructions. How can I properly use this technique to achieve the same effect? (I'll include a picture because my explanation might not be clear enough.)
3 I have a good computer with a 4060ti (with nothing on the map, I get over 300 fps), but when I place about 10 habitats with lots of plants and rocks, my fps drops significantly. Has anyone else experienced this issue? I don’t think my computer performs poorly with other games, but Planet Zoo seems to run quite laggy (around 60 fps). Have any of you managed to finish a fully built map without experiencing lag?
English isn't my first language, so I apologize for any grammatical errors

Hi :)
1. If you are within a group edit mode already, you can just drag across to select what you want. The other option is to hold shift and click the items you want selected. If you are outside of a group edit, you need to press i first then drag to select what you want (or do the shift + click item trick)
2. Not sure on this one as I don't use the trick but if you search youtube for mud pillar planet zoo building then you'll probably find some more videos specifically on that topic.
3. The answer is no :meowmelt: I have a mid range cpu but a good graphics card too (4070) and a zoo with a lot of animals/habitats will still lag out. It's an issue with the game optimisation, there are some tricks you can do to help such as ensuring any climbable pieces are set to not climbable if they're not needed, or lowering guest count. In general the game will just not run great at those higher detail levels unfortunately
Please let me know if any of that doesn't make sense/needs clarifying and I will help where I can :)
