pc won't connect to monitor

i tried a different monitor but it didn't work
bought new cables but it also didnt work
i cleaned the rams using the eraser method but it didn't help
i tried a different pc but it didn't work
so idk what the issue is
i wanna play val:(
the pc is running fine and the monitor is also fine
the cables are new
